Find your flow state

Absorbing yourself in a challenging yet doable task is the essence of a flow state. You’ve heard elite athletes (think Michael Jordan) discuss being in the zone after a peak performance, they’re likely describing the experience of flow.

Interestingly, people who successfully reach this state lose interest in their subject once the task is complete—highlighting that it is the process, not the result, that holds importance and value.

So how can we achieve a flow state in our yoga practice?
1. Take a moment to focus on your breath-body connection.
2. Move how it feels good to move.
3. Enjoy the process.

Come flow with Rooted Yoga Community and find your flow state. The view isn't too shabby either! 😉
