    Friday Chill is the perfect way to unwind after a long workweek—it's as restful as it gets. Each week, we rotate through deeply nourishing practices such as Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Reiki, and Sound Immersion.

    Yin is a slow, meditative practice that gently targets the body's deeper connective tissues—like fascia, ligaments, and joints—through long-held, passive poses. With the support of props such as blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you'll create space to release tension, lengthen tight muscles, and cultivate deep physical and mental ease.

Rooted Yoga Mellow Class

    Mellow is a gentler, slower-paced variation of our Rooted class. It does not include the traditional Chaturanga Dandasana and is designed to give you more time to ease into each pose. With clear guidance, mindful transitions, and a focus on accessibility, it's the perfect space to deepen your practice or unwind after intense movement, like weight training.

With the support of props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is held for an extended period, effortlessly and with ease, allowing your body and mind to release fully.
