Root & Restore

    Root and Restore Root & Restore offers the best of both worlds—pairing the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the deep, soothing stillness of restorative yoga. Begin with intentional breathwork and dynamic movement to build strength, focus, and inner heat. Then, transition into long-held, restorative poses to calm the nervous system and invite deep release.

Guided Meditation

    Meditation offers real benefits: less stress, better sleep, lower blood pressure, and a calmer mind. It's also genuinely hard, because sitting still is harder than it looks.

    This class is a supportive space to start, return to, or deepen your practice while learning to get comfortable in stillness. Each teacher brings their own approach (pranayama, breathwork, sound, guided imagery) so there's always something new to explore.

    What to Expect
    A gentle warm-up to get the wiggles out, and then: your mind will wander, you'll want to shift, you might need a break. That's not failing. That's meditating.

    What to Bring:
    A block, blanket, and bolster. No bolster? A pillow works.

Rooted Yoga Standing Flow Class

Standing Yoga

    Standing Yoga offers a steady, uplifting practice centered around standing postures that build strength, stability, and mobility. Each class begins or ends with seated poses to support grounding, centering, and mindful rest.

    With moderate effort, you'll generate warmth in the body while moving with intention and ease. This energizing practice invites you to feel more balanced, connected, and at home in your body—both on and off the mat.

Rooted Yoga Friday Chill

Friday Chill

    Week 1: Yoga Your Way, a therapeutic, restorative practice shaped by you.

    Week 2: Reiki Energy, hands-on energy work to release tension and restore balance.

    Week 3: Art & Ease, gentle movement and mindful creativity for reflection and release.

    Week 4: Sound & Stillness, guided meditation supported by gentle movement and sound.

    This class is an invitation to slow down, let go of the week, and soak in the self-care you deserve.

Yin

  • *Energy Level: L2

    Yin is a slow, meditative practice that targets the body's deeper connective tissues (fascia, ligaments, and joints) through long-held, passive poses.

    If you run, lift, or take a lot of active or high-energy classes, Yin is the counterpart your body needs. Most exercise builds and contracts muscle. Yin works the other direction, targeting the connective tissue that active training often bypasses. It's also a good fit if you carry chronic tension in your hips, lower back, or shoulders, or if you've ever felt like yoga "isn't for you" because you're not flexible enough. You don't need to be flexible to start. That's kind of the point.

    What to Bring:
    A block, blanket, and bolster. No bolster? A pillow works.

Mellow

  • *Energy Level: L2

    Mellow is a gentler, slower-paced variation of our Rooted class. It does not include the traditional Chaturanga Dandasana and is designed to give you more time to ease into each pose. With clear guidance, mindful transitions, and a focus on accessibility, it's the perfect space to deepen your practice or unwind after intense movement, like weight training.

Restore

  • *Energy Level: L1

    Restore is a full-body reset. Each pose is held long enough for your body to actually let go. No effort required. Just support, stillness, and time.

    This is a good class for when you're tired, stressed, or just ready to stop. The full prop support signals to your brain that it's safe to stop bracing, which naturally lowers cortisol, heart rate, and blood pressure. The stillness also creates space to process whatever you've been carrying — stress, anxiety, a busy mind — without having to do anything about it.

  • Challenge yourself. This class is dynamic and energizing, with strong flows and intentional movement. We'll support you every step of the way so you can move with strength and feel empowered.
