Rooted Yoga’s 200-Hour Teacher Training is more than a certification! It's a transformational journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and connection. 

Whether your goal is to teach or cultivate a more meaningful relationship with yoga, this training offers a supportive and grounded space to explore the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness through a modern, accessible lens.

Rooted Yoga is a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Students who complete this program will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and are welcome to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.

Our curriculum blends traditional yoga foundations with practical tools for modern teachers and committed students. Subject matter includes:

  • Yoga Philosophy

  • Pranayama, meditation, and energetics

  • Functional anatomy and mobility

  • Intelligent sequencing & accessibility

  • Intentional theming and assisting

  • Ethical leadership & building community

Meet Your Guide

Niecia Bullock, ERYT-500, YACEP

Lead Facilitator

Niecia Bullock is the owner of Rooted Yoga and a dedicated ERYT-500 yoga instructor. She creates inclusive and welcoming spaces where people feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Her teaching style is approachable and grounded, shaped by her continued study in mindfulness and community-centered care.

Niecia began practicing yoga in 2017 and quickly felt its transformative impact on her mind and body. That experience sparked a passion to share the tools of yoga and sustainable self-care with others.

She believes there is a yoga for every body, and her classes invite students to find more space, balance, and ease on and off the mat.

We meet in person on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and on alternating Thursdays from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Thursday sessions will mostly be online. Dates are subject to modification as needed by the class.

Investment Options

Each pricing option includes a $500 non-refundable deposit.

For the Early Bird option, your full payment is made at the time of booking, and the deposit is included in that total.

If you choose the Two or Four Payment option, you'll pay the $500 deposit upfront to reserve your spot. Your remaining balance will be automatically charged in equal payments, spread over 2 or 4 months, depending on the plan you select below.
