This workshop offers you space to pause and reconnect with stillness. You'll begin with an exploration of sleep—why it matters for your body and mind, and what everyday disruptors may be getting in the way. From there, you'll be guided through 30 minutes of nourishing practices to help you craft a sleep-supportive routine by exploring tools such as Finger Nyasam, pranayama, self-massage, and other mindfulness techniques.
Bring along your yoga mat, a cozy blanket for support, and a journal. You'll leave feeling refreshed, supported, and more at ease—ready to welcome deep, restful sleep.
