Summer Sessions: Hatha Yoga

This beginner-friendly Summer Session practice blends gentle movement, steady breath, and mindful stillness to help you feel grounded and present. Hatha Yoga—Ha (sun) and Tha (moon)—is designed to support strength and softness, creating space for both body and mind to settle. You'll move through accessible poses, followed by a guided meditation and extended savasana to rest deeply and reconnect with yourself.

No experience needed—just come as you are. We'll meet you there.
